Bear Market – Up to 70% Off!!! *

Imagine: You are on a Safari trip to Jim Corbett, high on spirits you get down to cherish the serene environment and you see a bear approaching what do you do? Tuck in your arms and play dead. Fighting back can be extremely dangerous. Similarly in a bear market it can be awfully risky because it is quite difficult for an investor to make stellar gains, Right isn’t it? Wait for a moment, this is not really the truth! This is the most common myth you’ll find all around you! Sounds strange and contrary to the common belief? Yes it does because this is how most of us feel during bearish times.

  2. Like the contrarian approach. The most important fact to remember here is to buy fundamentally strong companies in the bear phase companies which have the strength to recover.

  3. a good article - apt quotations. i am 65. been in market for the last 15 years. had pluses and minuses. pluses r far more than minuses. put in money when available and took out when needed. i agree with what u have written. but one question remains puzzling. why people exit, even from very good companies, when market falls? is it a strategy, to make money from a bear situation also? is it possible and wise to earn profit from both bear and bull markets?

  5. Hi,

as I was reading your post several weeks after you wrote it, it reminded me of Ajit Dayal of Quantum Investment. He also said in 2008 that you have an opportunity to buy Indian companies at fire sale prices. As usual you have to be picking companies that will not go bust.

Actually, it is more difficult to buy in bull market than in the bear market.

    Keep writing.

  6. Hi Deepak,

Thanks for the comment. I completely agree with the buy low and sell huge philosophy, but along with that it's imp to find fundamentally strong companies.

Well i still think its not too late.. we can still find good companies whch are underpriced!
